Save the Date! Sample my gut-healing recipes for free!

It's finally your chance to come sample some of my recipes from the blog and learn more about healing the gut at a FREE CLASS at Real Foods Market on February 11th!

The class will begin at 6:30 at Real Foods Market in Orem, UT (420 W 800 N Orem, UT 84057) and I'll be showing you how to prepare your own healing bone broth and meat stock and how to use it in recipes. It'll be fun and interactive and I'll be giving out plenty of samples of recipes on my blog, including some I've been keeping secret for this event!!

So come and learn about how to heal your gut, and get rid of food allergies, skin issues, digestive disorders, and autoimmune diseases through healing foods!

    Hi Amy
    I sat by you on Wednesday at Real Foods Market on Wednesday Feb.10 forvthe clas on fat with Lisa Reeves, and I told you I had been on the GAPS Diet and had quit because it was hard to cook for me different than for the rest of the family, and not being able to eat grains. I didn’t know you were the one teaching the next day tjll i over heard you talking to Lisa till thecend of the class. Anyways, I came to your class on the 11th and I have been looking at your website. I love the recipes. The fact of the matter is that I have to go on GAPS again because my digestive issues are not improving. I think your recipes wil be very helpful. Thanks and good luck with your cookbook. Carla Ward

      Carla! It’s good to hear from you! I wish I had had a chance to talk to you more at the class! I hope things are working well for you having to go on the GAPS diet again–I know its so hard to cook two different meals. I’ve been there and it’s hard!! I would often cook GAPS-appropriate meals and kind of secretly pretend they were regular meals;) haha There are some things I can trick people with–like the garlic mashed cauliflower–but the mass amounts of soup doesn’t fool anyone! And I’m glad the recipes are helpful! I usually stick to simple, homestyle meals that everyone can cook so I’m hoping that can be helpful to GAPS families:) Thanks so much for messaging me!!
